Austin's LGBTQ & Allies Community Heart Circle

This is a discussion group that focuses on spirituality rather than on religion. It has been a consistent part of the Austin LGBTQ landscape for 25+ years!

Designed to inspire sharing of thoughts that go deeper than small talk, we facilitate a safe and relaxed space. Participants share their insights about the monthly topic and tell their stories. This is a gathering place for queer individuals and allies who share a passion for exploring what truly matters in life!

We welcome anyone of any faith tradition - agnostic, atheist, humanist, pagan, or anyone who doesn’t fit into a pre-defined category. Whoever you are, whomever you love, and whatever body you live in, you are welcome here!  Allies are always welcome too!

The LGBTQ+ Community Heart Circle is intended to help people across generations relate with one another in more meaningful ways. We believe life should be fun, and that connecting with people enriches our lives.

This is a dynamic social group, run by friends for the sole purpose of helping friends. No one will be asked for money, as the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Austin generously underwrites all of our expenses. Business solicitations are forbidden, as are any attempts to disrespect or marginalize another’s beliefs. Racism, homophobia, transphobia, or other bullying is never tolerated.
